Now that you're on your way to becoming part of the HDS family, there are a few things we should all know, and have written down!

Phone number I can contact you on while you're away

Who would you like me to contact in case of an issue with your home or property?

What days are your trash, yard waste, and recycle bins picked up?

If I am collecting your mail, is your mailbox on your property or at a neighborhood box?

Where is your electrical switch box located?

Where is your water main valve shutoff located?

Does the key you're giving me unlock all your exterior doors or just certain ones?

Where is your spare key or secondary access option located?

Will you be expecting packages that require a signature?

If you have a house cleaning service, on what day and time do they visit?

Please leave contact information for any neighbors you think I should contact if I need something.

What is your wifi network, and password?

Are there points of your property where you're worried about security? i.e., the back garage door doesn't lock, our fence falls over.

What are some oddities about your home? ie... the hot water handle has to be pulled and turned, the back gate wont latch without a trick...

Where should I park my vehicle?
