Booking & Reservation Info

 

 

Reservations:
 

I cannot accept bookings more than 8 months out, unless it’s for a long term stay of over two weeks in length.
(Return clients please feel free to ask me in advance for shorter stays, though I may not be able to confirm
availability right away.)

 

Bookings for overnight services made last minute, with less than two weeks notice, will have an added fee of $10.00 a day.

* Holiday rates are higher due to high demand and influx in booking. Rates vary depending on holiday

We all understand emergencies happen, last minute plans come up, and spontaneous adventures dawn on us.  We want to preserve our ability to be flexible and available, with little or a lot of notice, when we can be, to be there for you, and your pets or property. 


When you reserve dates for your upcoming trip, 30% of payment is due at time of booking, and payment in full is due on or by the start day, upfront.

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations happen; trips get canceled, plans get moved.
Unfortunately, due to holding our calendar open for pet service reservations, we have to turn down other pet service clients. In turn, costing my business.
Which is why the 30% down cannot be refunded.
If you cancel two months or more out from your reserved dates, and I can fill those dates, I may be able to refund your 30% retainer.

Payment:
 

I accept many forms of payment. Please see my payment policy HERE

 

Additional fees:
Daytime services outside our service area, have a mileage charge.
* Key pick up or drop off is 15.00.
(Consider our "key keeper" service, or a key box on your property to avoid this!)
*A refresh visit is 25.00
* Weekend services have an additional 5.00 added.
*First time meet and greets are free.
