HOW IT WORKS
 

 

TYPES Of Payment:
We currently accept:
Cash, checks, Zelle and Venmo.
Venmo payments have an additional charge.
With advance notice, we can accept card payments (there is a service fee).


DEPOSIT & RESERVATION:
30% of your total care services cost is due at the time of booking our services.
This is to reserve your dates and hold that time open for you.
In the case of cancelation, with more than 60 days’ notice, this 30% is potentially refundable, if we can fill the canceled dates with a new sitting job. If we cannot fill the dates, we will not be able to refund this fee due to loss of planned income.

PAYMENT IN FULL:
Payment in full (the existing balance of 70%) is due at, or before the beginning of sitting services. It can be sent to us prior to a sitters arrival.
