she's an expert in her craft. I just sat and let her ask her questions, I am

She's so prepared, and it showed...
our basement flooded while we were on vacation... she noticed it early on and was able to stop the water, and she even saved some of our stuff, like she pulled stuff from the water and cleaned and dried things.. and she had it repaired! we came home to our house, not a disaster!!
